THE PROCESS

How Young Smiles Works at Your School

1

Programme Coordination

Young Smiles coordinates the screening date and programme requirements with the school. Parent registration and consent are managed digitally by Young Smiles, requiring minimal administration from the school.

2

Oral Health Education & Screening

Our dental team conducts an age-appropriate oral health session followed by a brief, non-invasive preventive dental screening on the school premises.

3

Individual Reports for Parents

Following the screening, the parent of each participating child receives their child’s individual screening findings and relevant recommendations directly via WhatsApp.

4

Anonymised Report for the School

The school receives an anonymised summary of oral health findings among participating students, providing an overview of relevant trends and areas of concern. Individual student clinical information is not disclosed.

No cost to the school • Conducted on campus • Digital parent consent • No treatment or medication • Individual parent reports • Anonymised school report

CLINICAL GOVERNANCE
